 To transfer temple recommends to digital, the bishopric who issued the original recommend must transfer it. If a previous bishopric member who issued the recommend was released, it cannot be transferred. Mobile recommends require a photo.

The Mesa Temple Family History Center Training 

The Mesa Temple FHC is offering training for Ward Temple and family history consultants, elders quorum, ward and stake relief society counselors who are over Temple and family history, and high councilors with ward assignments.
